Specific project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and budgets for ongoing retainers are governed by individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs) executed between 1001Media and the Client.
3. Client Responsibilities & Content Submissions
To enable 1001Media to execute services effectively, the Client agrees to:
- Accurate Information: Provide timely, complete, and accurate information regarding business goals, target keywords, URLs, and market context.

- Content Ownership & Legality: Warrant that all logos, images, trademarks, text, and materials provided to 1001Media are legally owned by the Client or properly licensed, and do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property or violate UAE advertising regulations.
4. Fees, Invoicing & Payment Terms

- Audit Fees: Fixed-price products (e.g., the AED 199 SEO Audit) are payable in full upon order submission prior to report compilation.
- Retainers & Monthly Contracts: Monthly growth marketing retainers are invoiced in advance of each monthly billing cycle. Invoices are payable upon receipt.
- Ad Spend: Direct advertising budgets for third-party platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok) are paid directly by the Client to the respective ad networks unless explicitly billed under a managed ad spend arrangement.
- Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable UAE Value Added Tax (VAT), which will be charged in compliance with Federal Tax Authority regulations.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

- Monthly Retainers: Unless otherwise specified in your client agreement, ongoing agency retainers may be cancelled by either party with a thirty (30) days' written notice prior to the start of the next billing cycle.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- Client Deliverables: Upon receipt of full payment, all customized marketing reports, ad copy, and creative assets produced specifically for the Client become the property of the Client.
